ASEP PolyacetalS (POM)

Polyacetals or commonly known as POM is used in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. Typical applications for injection-molded POM include high-performance engineering components such as small gear wheels, valves, bearings, zippers, fasteners and lock systems. The material is widely used in the automotive and consumer electronics.

Excellent chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, low friction coefficient, high mechanical properties, dimension stability and low water absorption and characteristic of food contact approval (FDA), the other also have both excellent impact strength and tensile variables and low processing temperature.
